After 12 months the licence renews unless you cancel. If it lapses, the site keeps working: every translation is still served, no language disappears and no URL changes.

It renews annually so you keep getting updates and support. Cancel any time from the customer portal; the licence stays valid until the end of the period you paid for.
What counts as a site?
Each production domain where you activate the licence. Staging and local installations are detected automatically and don’t use a slot. You can release a slot yourself from the License tab.
I have two sites. Which plan?
Two Pro licences, €158 a year. From three sites up, Agency at €249 is cheaper and gives you one key for all of them, with seats you move yourself.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, 30 days, no questions asked. Translation runs on your own key, so you can test the full workflow before deciding.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, and you only pay the difference. Switch plans in the customer portal, linked from the plugin’s License tab; your licence key stays the same.
How is VAT handled?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. They calculate and remit VAT and sales tax and issue your invoice. Have a VAT number? Enter it at checkout.
